After-Hours and Urgent Care
Get the care you need, when you and your family need it. For care after normal clinic hours, you have three options:Saturday Sick-Care Appointments
When someone in your family is ill or injured, Kelsey-Seybold offers Saturday sick-care appointments from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. for children and adults at four convenient locations: our Memorial Villages Campus, Spring Medical and Diagnostic Center in North Houston, Clear Lake Clinic in Webster, and Fort Bend Medical and Diagnostic Center. 713-442-0000 on Friday after 5 p.m. or on Saturday morning for a Saturday appointment.
After-Hours Nurse Hotline
Our registered nurses are available 24 hours a day to provide advice on routine, urgent, and emergency medical conditions and help patients decide on the best course of action to meet their medical needs.
To access a registered nurse, patients can call their personal care physician's office during normal business hours and ask to speak with a nurse. For urgent medical needs after business hours, or on weekends or holidays, patients can call

Urgent Care
Under KelseyCare powered by Cigna, you have access to an urgent care network. Urgent care centers can handle many non-life-threatening conditions, such as high fever, abdominal pains, earache, insect bites, minor cuts requiring stitches, minor burns, muscle spasms, asthma attacks, rashes, and urinary tract and pelvic infections. And because urgent care centers have X-ray capability, they can treat simple fractures and sprains.
